Seeking Directors

Nursery Theatre’s Flourish Festival is looking for directors to work with our playwrights for an evening of rehearsed readings.

Each director:

• will work on 2  x 10 minute plays
• must be available to meet the playwriting team on the evening of 19th September
• be available for 2 x 4hr rehearsal slots (exact times tbc) either on 20/21/22 Sept at our rehearsal space in London Bridge, SE1
• must be available for run through and presentation during afternoon & eve Saturday 23 September at our space in London Bridge.
• should be happy to be allocated the plays. Playwrights will be finishing their pieces on our artist development initiative during the festival and their plays will be ready by the 19th Sept.
• directors will be paid a total fee of £360.

Please get in touch with us by August 15th.  Tell us a little about yourself and your directing experience (300 words max). This would suit emerging directors wishing to learn and gain more experience.
