Level: Experienced

Doing scenes with just one scene partner is common – doing a whole show with just one other person is less common. If you want to start doing a duo or work on the current duo you are part of, this course will help you create characters you can sit in for longer, call back on more often and will provide time for you to work on the unique aspects of two-person improv.

If you already have a duo partner and want to enrol with them, we highly recommend that and time will be given for you to work most of your scene specifically with them so you can get notes as a duo. If you can’t enrol with your duo partner or are “two-prov curious” and want to work on the skills of two-person improv, that’s fine too.

Make the most of your duo by investing time and energy in that relationship on this course. A supportive environment and a chance for you to work out what unique strengths you bring out in each other will not only help build great duos but have knock-on positive side effects for the rest of your improv too!

This Experienced course runs 12 Thursdays from 23 September, 2.00 pm-4.00 pm OR 12 Fridays from 24 September, 5.00pm-7.00 pm (UK Timezone)

Experienced (18 months+) A class for skillful players, especially those who have finished improv training programmes at their school and are looking to widen their horizons. These classes will make the assumption that you are comfortable performing longform improvisation and will push you.
