We will be visualizing details, details, details! Expanding your focus on physicality, actions and emotions to influence your characters in monologues and two person scenes. Then it’s LASER TIME! We will be drawing simple figures and emotional reactions (like emojis) to ease into the art part. Then we will apply previous exercises while playing with lasers on the screen! This will be challenging but overall, a lot of fun! A talent in art isn’t required!
Chris Fair Biography
Chris Fair has been doing comedy for over 13 years, from stand-up to improv and sketch, and for the last 6+ years, he’s been working on his own comedy form using laser reactive technology. Laser Comedy consists of using lasers to draw pictures and voice acting as those characters but it’s so much more than that. Chris has been a visual artist all his life, is ambidextrous, can write backwards and can take you into brand new worlds he makes up and draws on the spot, however, it doesn’t take all that to make up a simple, funny and heartfelt story about two dots and a semicircle 🙂 Chris has studied improv, acting and sketch writing at Second City in Chicago, iO Chicago, ComedySportz Chicago and is currently performing group impro at One Group Mind in Chicago. He has performed The Laser Comedy Show all over the United States, once in Canada and this is his first venture into Europe.
