Say goodbye to feeling stuck and up-level your game!
If you are bored of traditional Improv or your game tends to be static when it comes to movement, this class is for you.
Learn to work through your body to make bolder, brighter choices using a non-Western improvisation skill-set rooted in dance and musicality.
Using strong character, comedy, mask work and African, Brazilian & Indian movement techniques to build a more fluid, non-traditional, interesting game.
Let go of what ‘you think you know’ and learn something new and inspiring whilst using your body and putting your best foot forward in this open, innovative class and begin to unlock your bodies full potential as an improviser on stage.
Say goodbye to feeling stuck and up-level your game!
Min. participants 6, max. 12. If we have to cancel the event due to low numbers, we will do this with 24 hours notice.
This open elective runs Monday 22nd February 7 – 8.30 pm GMT. This workshop is 90 minutes because of the physical nature of the class, to make it accessible to all fitness levels.
Open – A class for anyone, regardless of their improv experience. Although more experienced players are of course welcome, the content does not require any prior improv knowledge.
NB: Our electives frequently sell out, but do not despair if this class has. You have not missed your shot. If enough people join the waiting list, we are often able to put the same class on a few days after or in parallel. So if you were excited, join up and we will be in touch.
