Dear all,

Sadly, a couple of days ago, we received notice from our landlord that we will need to close down The Nursery Studios in Euston Tower and vacate the space at the start of November. Needless to say, we’re extremely shocked and saddened by this.

We have informed everyone who is immediately affected. Those with bookings from November onwards have been contacted. The Nursery courses this autumn, and all future courses and drop-ins will continue. We’re currently organising alternative course and drop-in space. We appreciate everyone who has made a booking, rehearsed or studied with us, and the community that they have formed.

We entered the Studios with exciting plans of creating not only a home for improvisers, but others in the arts around London, with hangout areas, co-working spaces and budget rehearsal rooms. We still seek to provide this and we will continue our search for suitable locations.

The Nursery has been around for a decade and so far has always landed on its feet. We’re doing our best to move forward and find a new home.

We’d like to thank the community for the support that you’ve given us over the years, without you The Nursery would not exist.

In the meantime our doors at The Nursery Studios in Euston Tower and the Training Centre at London Bridge will be open as usual throughout October, so come say hi!
