The Nursery Presents a night of improvised theatre in conjunction with The City of London’s Women: Work And Power programme!
We’re excited to present The Maydays Laydays (AKA the ladies of The Maydays) and brand new show, The Broadgate Garden Society, which has been developed specially for the night!
The Maydays are one of the longest-running improv groups in the UK and have toured their award-winning, critically-acclaimed shows all over the world. Tonight the female members of the cast join us to celebrate the important part of women in history .
The Broadgate Garden Society is a show created by The Nursery Theatre for one night only! It will use audience stories about their grandmothers and prominent women in their lives to plant the seeds for some of London’s top female improvisers to dig up memorable scenes from their character’s life. So, slip on your gardening gloves and join us to explore new histories created in front of your eyes!
